Children
Jesus said, *“Suffer little children…to come unto me.”* (Matthew 19:14)
At Grace Baptist Church, our children’s ministry lovingly serves infants through 6th grade with Christ-centered care and solid Bible teaching during every service. From our safe and nurturing nursery (newborn–2 years) to fun, age-appropriate Bible classes, Children’s Church, Junior Church, and our midweek Kings Kids program, kids grow in their faith while enjoying music, discipleship, and meaningful activities. For your peace of mind, all volunteers are background-checked and trained to provide a safe, welcoming environment for your child.
Youth Ministry
The Youth Ministry at Grace Baptist Church is all about helping teens grow in their walk with God, understand His Word, and live it out in everyday life. Students in 7th–12th grade meet on Sundays at 9:30 AM and Wednesdays at 7:00 PM for Bible teaching, worship, and authentic connection. Throughout the year, monthly events, camps, and retreats provide fun, faith-building experiences that deepen friendships and encourage spiritual growth.
Adult Ministries
Grace Baptist Church offers Bible-based classes, small groups, and fellowship opportunities designed to help adults grow in their faith and build lasting relationships. Whether you’re single, married, raising a family, or enjoying retirement, there’s a place for you to connect, grow, and serve. Join us on Sundays and Wednesdays for encouraging Bible studies that will strengthen and equip you in your walk with God.
Music
At Grace Baptist Church, our music ministry is grounded in traditional hymns and Christ-honoring worship. Each service features heartfelt congregational singing, uplifting special music, and a passionate choir committed to exalting the name of Jesus. Our goal is to glorify God through music that encourages the heart and builds the faith of every listener.
Bus Ministry
Grace Baptist Church offers free transportation to anyone in the Pittsfield area who would like to attend but needs a ride. Our dedicated bus workers provide a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment for children, teens, and adults every Sunday. More than just a ride to church, our Bus Ministry is a meaningful outreach that brings the love of Christ and the message of the Gospel to families throughout our community.
Grace Baptist Academy
Grace Baptist Academy is a ministry of Grace Baptist Church in Pittsfield, Illinois, providing a high-quality, traditional in-person education in a safe, Christ-centered environment. Students are encouraged to grow academically, spiritually, and socially as they discover their God-given potential, build strong character, and develop a lifelong love for learning.
